It’s easy to see why truffle salt is so popular. It’s simply great. This crunchy, gooey snack provides an array of health benefits. However, if you have a food processor or a food chopper, you can certainly take a piece of dark chocolate and chop it up finely. Then you just add the chopped up chocolate to the blender (or food processor) and you’ll have some delicious cookies to top off any salad or crepes you may be preparing.

Some people also prefer to add a little bit of this truffle salt to their own homemade yogurt. It’s really quite simple. All you need is about two cups of yogurt. Take out your truffle flavor and add in a little bit of the yogurt. Mix thoroughly until the yogurt has completely incorporated the truffle flavor.

There are plenty of other ways to enjoy truffles as well. In fact, the next time you’re out eating at a restaurant, look for truffle platters – these are often topped with truffle salt. When you order it, the server will usually ask if you’d like a little of that black truffle salt, too. That’s a really fun way to eat truffles!
